Blindly trusting automation is risky. Most receipt scanners dump data straight into your accounting software without letting you check it first. One misread total or wrong category and you are chasing errors during reconciliation. You need a safety net between capture and sync.
Each receipt gets its own review page showing the original image alongside all extracted data. You can see exactly what the AI captured.
Change the vendor name, adjust the total, update the category, or add notes. Nothing syncs until you are satisfied with the data.
Send a review link to your accountant or bookkeeper so they can check the data without needing a Snyp account.
Once you are happy with the data, hit sync and it flows into Xero or QuickBooks as a clean, categorised transaction.
