Snyp supports three channels: web upload (drag and drop or file picker), email forwarding (send receipts to your unique Snyp email address), and WhatsApp (send a photo to the Snyp WhatsApp number). All three are included in the £19/month plan.

Do I need to install an app to use Snyp?

No. Snyp works through your web browser, email client, and WhatsApp — apps you already have. There's no separate mobile app to download or keep updated.

Can I upload multiple receipts at once?

Yes. On the web dashboard you can batch upload multiple receipt images or PDFs. Via email, you can attach multiple receipts to a single forwarded message. Each one is processed individually by the AI.

Is the data quality the same regardless of the upload channel?

Yes. Every receipt goes through the same AI extraction pipeline regardless of whether you uploaded it via web, email, or WhatsApp. The same accuracy and data quality applies across all channels.

How do I set up my Snyp email address?

When you create your Snyp account, you receive a unique email address for forwarding receipts. Simply forward any email receipt to that address and Snyp processes it automatically. You can find your forwarding address in your dashboard settings.
